What we build
Specialized crews for each trade. One project manager and one accountable owner across the whole job.
Our work
How we work
Most contractors hand you a quote and disappear until something goes wrong. We run every job through the same four-step playbook — so the only thing that changes between projects is what we're building.
We start with the architect on our payroll. Detailed scope, real timeline, all engineering coordinated upfront. No surprises later.
Permits pulled, neighbors notified, work zone secured per OSHA + Oregon DEQ 1200-C erosion control. Your home is treated like ours.
Same crew start to finish. Bilingual EN/ES site lead. Photo-documented progress. We show up on the day we said.
CCB-bonded work. Manufacturer warranties registered in your name. If something goes wrong in year 7, we still answer the phone.
Who trusts us
In Oregon, anyone with a CCB and a truck can call themselves a contractor. We chose a harder path: specialized certifications for lead-safe renovation, erosion control, master-grade roofing, and in-house safety training that runs every month.
Plus a licensed architect on payroll. PE-licensed engineering partners for structural, civil, and geotechnical work. And in-house financing for qualifying projects — so you don't lose your build window waiting on a bank.
