How is pricing determined?
We quote each membership after a free property walkthrough — roof age, square footage, site complexity, and which inclusions you actually need. You pay for the scope, not a one-size template.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. We earn the relationship every month. Final terms confirmed in writing before signup.
What if you're unavailable when I call?
Membership tiers include a defined response SLA — if we miss it, the next visit is free. Specific SLA per tier confirmed before signup.
Is project work included?
No — membership covers maintenance + diagnostics. Members get member-only rates on quoted project work.
Do I have to be in your service area?
Yes — Beaverton, Portland, Hillsboro, Tigard, and surrounding metro. Outside the area, we'll connect you with a trusted local.
Can I transfer if I sell my home?
Memberships transfer to the new owner if they want it — many buyers see it as a value-add at closing.
