1. Website use

This site is informational. Anything on it — pricing examples, timelines, scope descriptions — is general guidance. Your actual project is governed by the written, signed agreement you and Green O Construction execute together.

2. Estimates and proposals

Estimates are non-binding until both parties sign a written contract. Verbal quotes are not binding. Material and labor prices change; quotes typically expire 30 days after issue.

3. Lead inquiries

Submitting a form or calling us is a request for contact — not a contract. We will reach out per the times noted on the form. Mon–Sat 8am–7pm Pacific.

4. Intellectual property

All copy, photography, and design on this site belongs to Green O Construction LLC. You may not republish without written permission. Project photos that include third-party logos (CertainTeed, Energy Trust) are used with each program's authorization as a Preferred/SELECT contractor.

5. Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is." We disclaim implied warranties to the extent allowed by Oregon law. The actual quality and workmanship guarantee for your project is in the signed agreement — not on this site.

6. Governing law

Oregon law. Disputes resolved in Washington County, OR. Owner is CCB-licensed (#204939) and any consumer complaint may be filed with the Oregon CCB at ccb.oregon.gov.
