Four steps. Same on a roof repair as on a $2M commercial TI. The discipline is what makes 17-year-old roofs still look like new.

Plan

We measure twice, draw once, price clearly.

Site walk with the owner. Architect-stamped drawings produced in-house when permits demand it. PE engineer engaged on day one for any structural scope. You get a line-item scope, a calendar, and a firm price before a single tool comes out of the truck.

Protect

Permit, insurance, and site protection before tear-out.

Permit pulled in our name. COI delivered to your HOA or property manager if required. Site protection plan covers landscaping, neighbor property, and adjacent rooms. Daily HEPA vacuum for interior work, daily magnetic sweep for roof work.

Perform

Our crews. Our equipment. Our schedule.

Six specialized in-house crews — roofing, exterior, interior finish, excavation/foundation, commercial, cleanup/punch. Bilingual EN/ES site lead. We own the excavators so we don't wait on rental yards. Daily clean-down. Weekly progress photos.

Promise

Warranty in your name. Punch list closed before final payment.

Manufacturer warranties registered in YOUR name (not ours) — CertainTeed, Hardie, Andersen, Sherwin-Williams. Green O workmanship warranty layered on top, 5-15 years depending on scope. Punch list walked with you and signed off before the final invoice goes out.
