1. Who we are

Green O Construction LLC ("Green O," "we") is a CCB-licensed general contractor in Beaverton, Oregon (CCB #204939). Owner: Gabriel Horta Blancas. Contact: info@greenoconstruction.com · (971) 226-7751.

2. Information we collect

You give us: name, phone, email, project address, project description, photos you upload. Automatically: browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, anonymized IP via Google Analytics 4, session recordings via Microsoft Clarity (no keystrokes captured on forms by default).

3. Why we collect it

• To estimate, schedule, and complete the work you requested.
• To call/text/email you back about your inquiry (we do not sell or rent your information).
• To improve the site — understanding which pages help homeowners decide.
• To comply with Oregon CCB recordkeeping requirements.

4. Who we share with

Subcontractors and engineering partners only as needed to complete the work, all under written agreement. Software providers we use (Google, Vercel, Anthropic, GoHighLevel, Microsoft) under their own data-processing terms. We do not sell your data. Ever.

5. Your rights

You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing info@greenoconstruction.com. We respond within 30 days. Oregon residents have rights under the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act (OCPA) effective July 2024.

6. SMS / 10DLC

Our SMS number (971) 226-7751 is 10DLC-registered. You opt in by texting us first or by submitting a form. Reply STOP to opt out. Message and data rates may apply. No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Cookies + tracking

We use first-party cookies for analytics (GA4, Clarity) and conversion measurement. You may disable cookies in your browser; the site will still work.

8. Changes

Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after the date constitutes acceptance.
